Delayed construction-om sai builders

Dear Madam/Sir,

 

I have booked an House at "OM SAI BUILDERS, Chennai". The Builder has committed handover by Dec 2013. I have mad 90 % payment, But the house is still not ready, he is replying that no fund.


I need help in resolving this issue.
