kindly advice in this matter.
a lower court passed decreed exparte in favour of plaintiff on 19/8/11.on later date court directed plaintiff
to deposit draft deed .sheristadar-in-charge submitted his report on draft deed on 05/12/12 and same was
perused and confirmed by court vide its order dt 05/12/12.new judge joined.in spite of petition dt 18/5/13 to
approve draft deed to register deed through court,court once again directed to cheak and report on 12/07/13
by sheristedar by overlooking previous order.hence on 28/05/13 matter is brought to the notice ld.judge.
on hearing from ld.advocate for plaintiff ,ld judge passed order as follow-
to date for order.
my question is that if still ld. judge donot approve draft deed on 12/07/13,what next course available for paintiff.
