Dear Sir,
I am asking for NOC from society on 8 th MAY 2014 to transfer my home loan and about SHARE CERTIFICATE which is with SOCIETY custody.
But till date not a single letter issued from society and reason is CHAIRMAN is out of town since MAY 2014 to till date.
Plz advise any action should i take as per society law
