Dear all,
we have filed a civil partition suit in kovvur sub court, by tsumotto order from highcourt it is now awaiting judgement from past two years.we have filed it on 18-05-2012.high court has sent tsumotto in 2014.all trials and arguments have been completed.its now a different reason 'ITS DELAYED DUE TO UNAVAILABILITY OF STENO' this was reason judge is giving to our lawyer.so please guide the ways to get decree and also tell me whether i will get any order immediately if i go again to high court.kindly help me out to relieve from this problem.
