1. Assuming you petitioner in a Divorce petition then the moment you manage to bring “wife to Court as in her appearances” say around 2 - 3 years with a rider condition “if you know her”.

2. However the moment you say “you don’t actually know her” then take or leave 3-7 and more years!

Century India having ideal ingredients “no child , no interim maintenance. no RCR.” Then you are over the carpet talking about Mutual Consent Divorce (MCD) where minimum cooling period time for wife is 6 months and maximum cooling period is 18 months.
