We, some 25 officers were superanuuated by Janata Sahakari Bank ltd Pune at the age of 55 instead of 58 illegally.The age of superannuation of the officers was 58.But we made substancial daly for filing writ petition in Mumbau Highcourt.The reason for that is assembilng of 25 officers and meeting with each other ,selecting advocate took 2 years .Now we have filed writ petition in Mumabi highcourt.The advacate is saying that court may or may not grant delay condonation.If it rejects delay condonation application.What are the other remidies open in Indian law books to get justice?
