My case is delayed by arbitrary for award passing.
Though cheif Justice of High court has ordered to close the case in 5 months its 9 months arbitrary is not passing the award.
Both the parties has submitted all the documents in March 2015 and its June ending still the award is not passed.
Can any one advise we can appeal or other way to close this issue.

I feel like Arbitration is also one more torture introduced by India laws to make the client cry for judgement.
Its almost 2 years complete still we have not closed a case filled in Arbitration. So this shows that India law will not want to improve and after all i feel like Arbitration is one big mistake we have mentioned in our agreements.
I like to inform people that out of court settlement or not stepping to courts is a only solution to be safe and in Justice.
