husband n wife filed cases against each other....1 year back....
1. husband files divorce first.....notice send by hand now.... case on affidavit by husband stage as no say order grantd by magistrate against wife in this case running in sessions court
2. to couter it.. wife filed rcr in same jurisdiction family court....also 125crpc...
3. husband ready for co habitation .... he sure wife wont come to a old house in village ....
4.wife also does not want 2 stay with husb n husband also do not wanna cohabitate...
5. tug of war is for maintenance as she claimin husb.. deserted n husb sayin ready to cohabitate but divorce filed cos of repeated desertn n mental cruelty by wife...
6. MCD difficult as askin for huge alimony amount....
7. wat stratergy to follow as WS given in rcr is ....im rready for cohab provided she come n stays in village....
will it go against my divorce case as iv said ready to accept that means previous acts of cruelty condoned????
damn sure she wont come 4 cohabitation
