defence option with an accused of cheque bounce case

Ur case is good ,it may be the defence of ur employer that there is no existance debt, becoz of u were absent on ur work /job so ur not entitled for that salary which is mention in cheque,

 If it is a cheque, issue the notice and forget his plea. If he does not pay within the stipulated period, file the complaint. There is nothing more to it. Let him talk of legally enforceable debt, etc. etc. in the court.
