Hi. My name is Sahil. My Dad borrowed public money from diffrent people around 60 lacs in total. He is unable to pay it back now. Getting pressure from lender everyday. He is getting so depressed thinking of suicide. He has a secured loan of 5 lacs with his house too from Bank. House value is around 15 lacs. He is thinking to run away with family somewhere else. As this is public money. Only few lenders have written proof of lending money. If he run away somewhere else what sort of proceeding can be done by police and court against him and family. Do you think they can issue Look out circular against him. I am his only son I live in USA. I am thinking of calling him in here or stay in India for couple of years and then call them here.
