Dear sir,
i was taken lap loan against the property from NBFC finance company in 2014
my EMI was regular till Dec 2015, but due to financial crunch it was not regular from last few month but at finally I have paid entire amount and close the loan account with full and final shuttlement on 18th March 2016, we have got NOC from finance company dated 23rd March 2016
after that we have received one legal notice under section 25 dated 1.4.2016 which is after one week later of NOC from finance company appointed lawyer
is it possible to file defamation case against finance company
pls guide me
