My wife had filed RTI in salestax for some details of assessment of her Ex-partner. The sales tax department had asked that Ex-partner to reply since it was an individual information. While reply to Salestax notice, she had put that my wife & myself are giving this Ex-partner & her husband menatl pressure & torture. there is no role of myself in filing of RTI or their Ex-partnership venture, then how can this Ex-partner take me in litigation/ allegation. The Sales tax department had sent officially their reply to us.
Can i use that reply to file Defamation against them. please advice.
