My wife has filed defamation suit against me for throwing her out of the house and for spoiling her name by telling all bad things about her to her friends and relatives ( please note that all these are fake cases just to extract money from me). She is claiming 35 lacs from this suit
She has also filed divorce case under section 13 i a, which is running separately. She is well educated and working woman.
Please let me know what will be the outcome of this defamation suit.
