Defamation application format

i won sec09, 498A after 8 years battle and just after it an appeal filed against me by wife [ aginst my aquittal in 498A ]

NOw i am going to file counter cases:

first case will be of defamation for this i need format for defamation of course criminal defamation and points which make case more strong

for this i request all experts and well wishers please do help me and guide me..

It will be better to contact with a lawyer and based on the facts and circumstances of your case, he/she can draft your complaint which you can filed before the court.

nadeem sir advocate se hi consult karna hoga to LCI per kyon puchte,

agar hum yaha hai to experts ki salah ke liye hi hai.

ye to baccha bhi samaj jayega ki advocate se consult karo wo sab draft kar dega,

har koi har cheez ka jankar nahi hota jaise aap medical feild ka sab kuch nahi bata sakte, aur fir jaankari satik aur santushti har koi chahta hai... isliye hi ye forum hai.

kripya aise jawab na diya karen kabi kabi aisa lagata hai ki aap apni apna number email dekar indirectly khud ko apoint or consult karne ki baat kar rahe ahi,

please bura mat maniye agar sahi jawab nahi to na de dusre experts ko apna kaam karne de ap logo ke aise jawab se wo bhi peech hat jaate hai.

fir lci per aane ka kya matla? ap khud hi soche kya aapka ye reply sahi hai agar answer nahi pata to seedhe likh de iska answer nahi pata aap kisi advocate se salah le to best rahega, waise aap bhi advocate to hai hi to aap hi clear de to mai dil se tahe dil se shukriya deta.............

pareshan aadmi LCI per apni query lekar aata hai , ab aap hi bataya aapke is answer se usko kya madad milegi ya mili hogi.
