If police don't file chargesheet against one of the co-accused Mr. 'X' and till now there is no protest petition despite the charges have been framed against the rest of accussed and the case is on procecution witness stage.
Can he file the defation and criminal conspiracy case against complainant ?

Side note: It is dowry death case and he is distant living non-blood relative, absolutly no case against him
