Defamation

Dear all, we purchased a house in the year 2001 which has been rented out since it was purchased. We are facing problems with one of the neighbours. 1. She occupied our piece of land to construct a wall without our notice and consent. 1. She keeps on saying that the house does not belong to us. Rather that house has been registered on my mothers name when it was purchased. She is creating chaos and havoc around us. Right now we are planning to file a defamation case on her. Also anyone please suggest whatelse we can do so that she keeps her mouth shut. Thank you

Engage a very able counsel specializng in such/property/civil matters with all docs on record and proceed further to eject from illegal possession.

even the Lord himself cannot manage to keep a lady's mouth shut ;) ...well it is not a case of defamation as rightly advised by learned expert Mr. Bhaskar. Please proceed as per advice of Mr. Kumar.

Go for a civil specialist
