Deemed conveyance deed

we are are a registered CHS in Nallasopara, Thane. We want to proceed for our Deemed conveyance as per the Govt Of Maharashtra notifiation. Now, there are 2 survey numbers on which 3 registered CHS (including ours) , 1 unregistered Housing Society and 1 Church is there.  Can we apply for Deemed conveyance individually? also is it possible to form  federation?

Your CHS may become member of CHS Federation by paying Rs.400/ and submitt your file for deemed conveyance through them, provided all your members have paid their property tax till the date of submission of file. Your CHS can apply for deemed conveyance individually for itself.

First u check a revenue records of your property and then decided which survey number apply in your case. U check a Society registrartion certificate and plan pass copy for that and then take decision or take a title certificate of your property.

sir,

we are already member of Thane District Housing Federation. We have already checked our revenue records, title certificate, Registration copy and other documents  there are survey no : 267/1, 267/2 and 267/3. Five buildings are on the same survey nos. Hence we all want to form federation of 5 societies .

U see each Society registration certificate for that and each certificate write a Survey No. / Block No.___and area of the survey number and then check allotment letter, possession letter and Share certificate of your property.
