Sir I applied for the post of ldc in central government department. After taking the exam when the result was announced for the candidates who were selected for typing. They decreased the post due to deemed abolition. The final result was announced in Jan 2022.
Now again they have advertised the advertisement for the same post.

Prima facie selected candidate has no claim on any post which is abolished (or deemed abolished)

Deemed abolition occurs whne a post remains unfilled for 2 years.

Youfeel that the same posts are advertised against.  This is possible is the posts have been pur out of purview of deemedd abooition.  In such case the post cannot be advertised again.

However you hae to be sure as to whether :-

1. The same vacancies care cleared form deemed abolition?

or

2. Some currect vacnacies have occured (due to further resigation/promotion/retirement etc)
