Deed of divorce

Hi All, Can divorce obtained in traditional way by executing deed of divorce considered valid? And can person re-marry after executing divorce through deed of divorce? or is it mandatory to have decree of divorce obtained obtained from court prior second marriage? WR Rishi

Dear Rishi,

Decree of Divorce pronounced by law of courts is legal and mandatory. 

Executing deed of divorce is not a legal document.
