What is type, aim and purpose of association desired to be formed ?

Did you prepare Memorendum of Association and Articles of Association ?

Seek professional services of a local lawyer or chartered accounts, it has to be prepared, presented and registered  as per procedure prescribed under the provisions of Socities Registration Act, 1860

Forms and formats are not provided on this platform, however, search google if there may be any format.

Thanks! The proposed AOP is of flat purchasers. The purpose is to collect maintenance charges and making payments for electricity bills, water bills and other common expenses. This is a intermediate arrangement until a Cooperative Society is formed by builder.

Can a builder form a cooperative society in your State as stated by you?

Whether such association is entitled to collect money for maintenance of premises and making payments for electricity, water and other common expenses ?

Apart from the Societies Registration Act, get the act and rules of association formation of your state. Government always prescribes the format in it. You will get all the necessary information therein. And in these cases, professional help is advisable.
