Deed of assignment

We executed 'Deed of Assignment' for a resale flat. Inadvertently at one place it is mentioned 'Agreement to Assign' instead of 'Deed of Assignment'. However, the Index-II mentions type of docent as Deed of Assignment.

Please guide if it's mandatory to make corrections?

If yes, what would be the procedure?

Thanks in advance

Quick Summary
A user inadvertently used 'Agreement to Assign' instead of 'Deed of Assignment' in one section of their executed document for a resale flat. Despite this, the Index-II correctly identifies it as a Deed of Assignment. They are seeking guidance on whether corrections are mandatory and, if so, the procedure involved. The advice received suggests the document is valid and no serious action is required.

What is your draftsman's advice on this?

It is absolutely valid and correct, nothing serious to worry.
