Dear Sir
I work as a PGT in a residential school.On one saturday I had worked upto 1 P.M.still my salary for 1 day is deducted by the Principal stating that "you were not found at 11.30A.M.in the academic block.though I was present there.I had already written to him mentioning the evidences that I was present upto 1 P.M.What I should do next,please suggest.

You can give complaint to higher officials in the educational department for harassment of deduction of salaries unnecessarily, Keep a complaint copy with you.

Yes proceed as suggested by Mr. Ramachary on the issue, if you do not get a proper response from them too, you may adopt the legal action as envisaged in the law.
