Can leave be declared by the Company (on account of rain) and then subsequently adjusted in the Earn Leave of the Employee (by reducing from the Earn leave). Is it legally tenable??
Applicability of this is required under both Factories Act and Shops and Establishments Act

One can't adjust statutory leave , as the same is not permitted in Factories as well as SHOP'S & Estb.Act.
