File your written statement/objections in the court and if you think you have claims against your Uncle then file counter claim in the same suit

Received a summons as a defendant for a Declaration of Right, Title, and Interest suit filed by your uncle regarding ancestral property? Take the following steps: 1. *Acknowledge the summons*: Accept the summons and ensure you understand the court's requirements. 2. *Consult a lawyer*: Immediately consult a lawyer specializing in property and inheritance laws to guide you through the process. 3. *Review the case*: Share the summons and all relevant documents with your lawyer to understand the case's specifics. 4. *Gather evidence*: Collect documents supporting your claim to the ancestral property, such as: - Property deeds - Will or succession certificates - Family trees or genealogical records - Any previous agreements or disputes 5. *Prepare a defense*: Work with your lawyer to prepare a strong defense, which may include: - Challenging the uncle's claim - Establishing your own rights and interests - Providing evidence to support your case 6. *Attend court proceedings*: Be present in court with your lawyer to respond to the suit and present your defense. 7. *Negotiate a settlement (optional)*: If possible, consider negotiating a settlement with your uncle to avoid a lengthy legal battle. Remember, it's essential to act promptly and seek professional legal guidance to protect your interests in the ancestral property.

If you have received the summons, you may apper before court either in person or through your lawyer and file vakalatnama as well as written statement, if the plaint is filed with false allegations you may challenge the same by denying them.

Actually in Muslim law there is no concept of ancestral property.
