my mother got Gift property in 1985 from her brothers in Andhrapradesh ,we are not looking that site now one person is occupied that land .Now I want file Declaration Suit and Injection order for that my question is
1)How is the Court fee calculates for Declaration Suit here (this is Gift property Now Sale Values comes in Picture)? now Market value is High I cannot bare if I need to pay Latest Market value?
2)what is Court fees for Injuction order ?
