debtors winding up proceedings against pvt. ltd. co.

In a debtor's petition for winding up against a pvt.ltd. co. for winding up , what are the possible grounds available to the company to abate winding up proceedings?

Company can go for liquidation or can
approach to Company law board. Can you please give some more details so
that i can be of any help to you.

If the company does not want to be in liquidation the it has to satisfy the demand of the debtors or it has to rebut the presumtion of loan.

To avoid the winding up petition, the company may pay the debt or if there is a problem with the debtor, it may prove to the court that the company is financially in a position to pay the debt, but do to some other problems it is not paying the debt.
