Okie I correct my Question.

My wife will possibly file the 498a or DV against me and I want to safe my family from any type of arrest of my family coz they all are innocent. If my father dibarred me from his property as well as from family then I will shift anywhere else. So that my family will be in safe mode.

If my thinking is right then what is the procedure and how many day will taken in this process. If not then what I do to safe my family and relatives.

The procedure is an affidavit concerning the same with publication in the daily newspaper.

Thanks for reply but I want to know one thing that from debarred from property by my father we can stop her (wife) to come my father's home, so that father/mother can live peacefully.

Means does she have any rights to come her metrimonial house after debarred from property to husband and husband is not living with his parents.
