How do you establish and prove that the death of husband was caused due to illicit relationship of wife ?

When there are many ways to tackle an issue and get a remedy legally-  and that someone is not interested in using the law, the law can not help him after his death.  LAW never prescribes death as a remedy for problems.

What are the facts? What is the context?

shrikant v. sathe (retired)     27 June 2020

The concerned person should not waiat until death . He should get a divorceby giving sufficient proofs to the court. There is no restriction imposed by law for illcit relations . Any one can establish physical relatios with anybody .You have only one choice that is dirvorce.Probabely he can sue her for mental agony and cruelty done by her to him.
