dear all

IF AN ELECTRICITY BOARD INSTALLS AN ELECTRIC TRANSFORMER BY OBSTRUCTING THE  ENTRANCE OF AN HOUSE PREMISES,BY DOING SO THE ENTRANCE WOULD BE OBSTRUCTED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT.

        SEEKING AN TEMPORARY INJUCTION BY FILING AN SUIT IN APPROPRIATE COURTS THE WORKS HAVE BEEN STOPPED. AT THIS JUNCTURE I WANT TO FIND CASELAWS AND OTHERMATTERS REGARDING THIS PROBLEM.

 ANY ONE HELPME TO FINDOUT.

[color=#ff0000]         After obtaining temporary injuction,the work has been stopped. The injuction order has been sent the defendants through court proceedings. But one of the defendant refused to recieve the notice and ready to shift the Transformer to another place,(Asst.Engineer TNEB) orally said to the court official and onbehalf of the TNEB vakalath has been made in the court.The first hearing of the case comes on 24 november.[/color]
