Dear Legal experts,
I have a question. Is all daughters have equal share in fathers property regardless of their age.Or Is it applicable only for those who born after 1954.If we check with lawyers everyones opinion is different. If so, is their any variation between self earned and inherited property?

good question I am also waiting for expert opinion as regard appicability of Hindu succession act 1954 and Hindu succession (ammrndment) act 2004 .to hindu woman.
