what is the daughter in law’s legal rights in her in law’s house/property and please also help us in which section it is?

Whats the status of the Daughter In law

1. Is she a Widow meaning to say that her husband is dead .

2. Are her husbands Parents Dead ?

In case ( DEAD ) If so she has a right to the ancestrial property in the absence of a will by the husbands parents or of the husband .

Alternatively if they are alive than she has no right !!
