Mother or father ke divorce ke baad kya unmarried or married daughter ko father ki property main share milta hai. And Father ke kya rights hote hai apni daughter ke prati. Ager mother ki khud ki property ho to kya father us property ke liya claim kar sakte hai ya fir kya mother ki property father ke name par automaticaly transfer ho jati hai.

After the amendment to sec 8 of Hindu Succession ACt, even married women will get equal share in the father's property.
