I filed for a divorce petition against my wife under 13 A HMA..
My wife did attends the Court proceedings as long as she wanted to win a maintenance order.
Now she along with her lawyer stopped attending the Court dates as she does not want to contest the divorce proceedings.
How do I deal with this situation? "Opposite party not attending the Court dates"?????
Where do I complain and how do I complaint about it?

Give complaint in writing to the old owl stating the same, asking him to pass exparte orders.. Secondly, stop paying maitenance right away, your lawyer will tell that warrant will be issued, but you dont worry, nothing will happen if warrant is issued, just dont be at the adress the court knows thats all. Let wife also feel the pinch what you are feeling.
