data stealing and physical following

I am a victim of poisoning. Police not listening. My phone data contacts and social networking apps are being checked don't know how anyone i ask for help through these methods step back. I am also being followed every time different person.

Make a complaint to cybercrime cell in writing through registered post under copy to supdt of Police.

Without fail take the assistance of one capable advocate.
