Can someone guide me on how I can collect data on total number of divorces being filed in India?
What are the grounds under which these divorces are filed? How many divorces are filed by husbands on the ground of cruelty by wife? How many husbands are granted divorce on grounds of cruelty?
Is there any central agency that maintains this kind of data?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
