Damage suit

Hi,

In case of a impotency one can issue a legal notice for damages recovery ?

For this impotency need to be proved?

where to file the damages suit?is it in civil court or any forum for this

Your question is not clear, what do you want to clarify about, whether to prove impotency or to file damages suit, if damages suit, against which subject, is it related to impotency?  Thus whenever you want to ask something, be clear in what you want to clarify, then only you will be properly addressed or else you will be getting a misguided advise.

Thank you for your reply...

I am married to a female impotent....i have filed a divorce suit under section 12 A female impotence ground....

Now since i suffered with her i want to file a damages suit.......

damages suit for married to a female impotent and they willingly done this....also i want to keep my reputation gone for this
