I reside out and very far of my village due to job with my family. I got ancestral plots and lands with out ant care taker in my village. Now some of my neighbours as i suspect creating nuisance with my property as mentioned below.
1. damaged my submersible pump by putting stones in bore well.
2. One wild pig died near and out of my walled plot, some body threw it in my boundry walled plot, as i heard.
3. Stealing of mangoes or bananas from trees in my court yard with out asking .
as i don't stay there , just i wanted to know any legal provision to safe guard my property from miscreants
