My sister transferred Rs 7000 via phonepe app to google pay of a guy referred to her by her colleague.
The colleague said he needed money for his father medical needs.
He lied about it and cheated my sister.
Now the colleague refuse to pay back.
So which route should I take?
1. Online Cyber crime reporting
2. Civil court route
3. Section 420 i.e. police complaint then SP complaint then magistrate private complaint
4. Any other option available? Please tell.
