1. What are your facts first of all. Judgments helps at final arguments state as persuasion before that each case facts are unique and there can never be one fit all custody citation which without knowing the facts and allegations / counters one can pop here!


However before you cock your paintball upon me I have posted the recent one from SC about Contempt of mother and custody of son was granted to father (see last weeks postings); does those facts anyway close to yours…..…no na …so how to present on a silver platter a Judgment without knowing your case facts tell me now????
