A man was married to a woman and had a child out of the wedlock but unfortunately, the wife died due to natural causes after the birth of the child. When the child was 1 year old, the husband got married again. The new wife took care of the child for 10 years despite of the constant mental and physical abuse and torture she faced by her husband. The husband is an alcoholic as well. Now she wants complete custody of the child in her divorce claiming that the Husband is incompetent to take care of the child and provide for him.
