where is the wife presently staying? at your mothers/fathers place? and why are you running away from this situation by staying separately? if the house is in your mothers/fathers name, you can file a civil injunction petition to dislodge your wife from that house, there are number of judgements for the same. secondly your mother should immedietely file a complaint to the local police station about the assaults and threat to her life. they should also start recording the threats on mobile video/audio recording.

 

@ ramachary...instead of giving moral lectures to the author, you should suggest some remedy where the helpless and  innocent parents are getting tortured by the cunning wife.  your moral lectures might sound good in temples and books,. but this will not ease the pressure on innocent and senior citizens.

personal internal fightings only lead to criminal offenses and 498s a weapon gifted to cunning wives. you can file complaints and petition fir injunction orders whether temporary or permanent depends on the court. but at least complaints on papers help in future evidence.

Husband was compelled to leave his house because of her inhuman mental and physical torture. She is fighting the case staying in his house and during pendency of the case continues her atrocities. 

you still havent mentioned, who owns the house, and what kind of bravery is this for a man to run away without saving his parents in the first place. you should have given a thought they are senior citizens, if tommorrow your wife pushes your mother to the ground, if your mother cannot control herself because of her age, and god forbid, something nasty happens like an injury or fracture, who will be responsible, i think you are trying to run away from the situation. you should stay back, file a report to the nearest police station, install  cameras with recording in your house secretly, i think you are a coward.
