Hi Kapil sir,
Thanks a lot for looking into issue.
Yes it is registered in Joint Name. what does it makes difference? I have possession of the property, this was advice by my one of frd.
I do not need any thing as such but just want to make sure justice is done. Even though I kept all options open these folks greed did not end.
How about part in property acquired after marriage and fore-father's property. I would prefer to donate that money once case is over and lesson is taught.
Also today they asked for mutual agreement now after my sibling's intervention, what all I can ask for in this case?
can I ask like 50% of salary till I get remarry?
can I ask 50% in property acquired after marriage?
Can i ask 50% in forefather's property?
Can I ask repayment to my sibling's loan?
