cruel in laws, unsupportive husband, want divorce

Hi All, I am facing following situation, need urgent legal advice. Background: 1. I married to a man 3 yrs back 2. In laws started torturing from day 1, which includes asking for better stuff from my dad than their second daughter in law 3. In laws in public on a railway platform insulted me. 4. Asked for money and all my father's pension they took away. 5. One night they creayed a situation and I was asked to leave house at 2 in night as my husband did not come home, I forced to roam on road at 2 in search of him. This was too much. 6. There are so many such instances. 7. My father died of hypertension, my in laws created public insult of mine in front of my family on cremation day. 8. Created situation which lead me to attempt suicide and have developed sucidal tendencies because of day to day torture. ------- Current Situation 1. I started staying seprately, 1.5 yrs 2. I looked for MCD, offered him 0 claim but peaceful separation. They are so greedy that they asked for money rather from me. 3. Financially - I had to take 15L loan from my sibling to run a business, I am in utter loss in that today due to poor focus of mine on business. 4. No child ------------ I have proof of everything I claimed above. Proof includes phone recordings, bank statements of amount transferred in my account and other documents. There are enough people who will support my case in court. ------------- Financial situation: 1. I am in utter debt 2. My husband works for MNC, he earns nearly 18L. 3. He bought two hpuses post marriage. In one my dad's money is invested as black part. House is in my possestion 4. He has ancesteral property ------------ what I want to know? 1. What I should get as a part of compensetion. 2. How much time on an avg a case takes. 3. What part i will get from property. 4. Any pointers
