As pointed out, see whether  the dismissal order is barred under section 397 (2) of the CrPc? if it is barred under section 397 (2) of the CrPc, you can not lean on 482 of the CrPc, but you may invoke 227 of the Constitution.

Normally there is no remedy except by way of Writ when a revision is dismissed unless there is some provision enabling filing of appeal against the revision or the like.

You can make an appeal to High Court, since the dismissal of the revision petition was dismissed only by the Sessions Court which is the subordinate court to the High Court
