During an ongoing trial, I filed an application u/s 340 CrPC (perjury). The trial judge orally said he will decide CrPC 340 application along with final judgement. Now the final judgement has been pronounced & case file has been consigned to record room, but the court did not pass any order on CrPC 340 application.
Now what action can be taken under these circumstances to ask the court to pass an order on CrPC 340.
