I'm paying regular maintenance RS. 3000 PM to child. Only education allowances are pending which are beyond my capacity.. Rs. 15000 PM only to harass me. Preschool LKG, UKG fees only Rs. 3 lakhs pending. On hearing date the judge ordered to pay 50% to recall NBWS. With much difficulty payed on spot Rs. 45,000 to avoid jail. The given every week to pay . Rs. 75,000 to clear dues. I filed income tax returns of Rs. 2lakhs per year and salary slips. Informing judge that is beyond my capacity. Given personal bond. What are best options 1.shall I go for revision of interim maintenance order after 4 years 2. Stay on docket order for payment 3. Revision of MP petition orders
