Dear team I have been awarded the maintenance of 10k per month for the 6months and with in 6 months the wife has to join the matrimonial home to lead married life, but the wife failed to honor the decree of RCR, and I was appealed to highcourt to set aside the order of maintenance since the RCR was decreed and to direct to join matrimonial home, but my appeal on maintenance has compled with six months and the RCR was appealed by my wife to set aside the order and allow continue the maintenance but the filed application has not been allowed yet in highcourt, even though the trail court is ordering me to pay the maintenance,

File restitution of conjugal rights suits which in future in the event suppose she file any other false claims against you if you are interested to cohabits with her.
