Crpc 125

Hi,

My and me are from India and both US citizens. Now on visit in India. She filed for divorce and maintenance under CRPC 125. Since both we are US citizen what is the impact of the law to me in India. She was working and now she don't want to work or go back. Your reply is expected with thanks.

Dear, You guys were married in India, them she can file a divorce case here as well but depending upon the allegations in the petition and grounds on which it has been filed the jurisdiction can be disputed.... So far as maintenance is concerned she can file .... Kapil Chandna Adv 9899011450
