Crossing

Dear Sir/Madam,

During Cross examination, respondent lawyer doubted authenticity of the photos i have submitted even though they are genuine and he is aware of it, he is very influential and chances of proving those photos as fake by managing the forensic labs.

So i would like to know if court orders to send the photos to verify its genuinity, do they send to any govt forensic labs or can i approach any forensic lab to certify them as i took  date for further evidence, if court sends the photos to govt forensic labs chances of managing the lab people by respondent lawyer.

i heard truth labs give certification on the genuinity of the photos does court accepts their certificate as genuine?

else please recommend me whom to approach to certify my photos, please this is urgent, kindly rply with your valuable suggestions and recommendations.

thanks in advance.

Srinivas

Srinivas jee, if in doubt, court will only send them to Govt lab. Do not think too much that the lawyer of opponent party can manage everything according to his choice

What do you achieve by spearing facts on different threads only that full picture of case is never before the forum and forum cannot advise you  correctly.

You are loser.
