Yes ... question is redundent

Yes ... provided that respondent is the pro-se litigant without a lawyer ELSE NOT allowed

 

Also questions have to be in the context of exam in chief of opposite party and in the context of respondent's WS.

 

Do demand a copy of the the transcriptts of the exam in chief from court, affidavit copy submitted if not provided already.

 

Press for taking cross on the same day.

 

Write down what petitioner is answering in exam in chief and raise objections immediately at appropriate occassions if there is any malafide efforts by the petitioner's lawyer.
