Criminal proceedings lawyer-in person possible or not

Dear Sir,

In Criminal Proceeding cases If we are not satisfying our lawyer in/at any stage can we proceed our further arguments/cross exams In-person is possible or not

Yes you can proceed personally after proper discharge of your lawyer. However, till the time you are fully aware/mastered legal propostions on the subject matter it is in your benefit to take services of a lawyer.

Yes, I do agree with the above responds. But first obtain the permission of the Court to appear and plead before the Court without a lawyer.

with the prior permission of court you can very well represent your case as party in person however, better to guidance from good lawyers atleast outside the court for your own benefit.
